Type of data collected

This website is purely an information site. It uses no cookies and no personal tracking. No content is loaded from third-party servers; the fonts used are also delivered directly from our own server. When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data arises (see «Access data / server log files») along with an anonymised, cookie-free measurement of reach (see «Cookies and web analytics»); neither of these allows any conclusions to be drawn about you personally, and they are not combined with other sources of data.

Access data / server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. Access data includes:

• the name of the page retrieved
• the date and time of retrieval
• the volume of data transferred
• the access status / HTTP status code
• the browser type and version, the user's operating system, the language of the browser software
• the referrer URL (the URL from which our website was reached)
• the IP address and the requesting provider.

This log data is used only for the operation, the security and the improvement of the service. We do, however, reserve the right to examine the log data subsequently where there are specific indications giving rise to a justified suspicion of unlawful use.

ES Smart Solutions AG does not automatically collect personal data of users such as name, address, telephone number or email address. Details that a user transmits voluntarily by contacting us through the website are an exception to this.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information by means of which a person can be identified, that is to say details that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, the email address or the telephone number. We only collect, use and pass on personal data where this is permitted by law or where users consent to the collection of the data.

Protection of personal data

We have taken technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. Our protective measures are continually revised and improved in line with technological developments.

This website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS/TLS — currently the most common and most secure method of data transmission on the internet. You can recognise the encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

Despite all our efforts, we cannot rule out the possibility that information you send to us digitally may be read or used by other people. Please note that unencrypted emails which you send over the internet are not sufficiently protected against unlawful access by third parties. We therefore recommend that you send confidential information by post.

Cookies and web analytics

This website uses no cookies. There is therefore also no need for a cookie consent banner.

If your browser language does not match the language of the page you have opened, we display a note pointing to the matching language version. If you close this note, your browser remembers that in session storage (sessionStorage), so that the note does not appear again on every page. This entry is not a cookie, it is not transmitted to us, it does not leave your device and it is deleted when the browser tab is closed.

To measure reach we use Vercel Web Analytics, a service provided by our hosting provider Vercel Inc. The measurement works without cookies and without recognition across devices: what is recorded is aggregated information such as the pages opened, the country of origin, the referrer, and the browser and device type. The IP address is not stored permanently in the process, and no personal usage profiles are created. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation and improvement of our service.

Web fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered locally from our own server. No server request is made to Google Fonts or to other third parties; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party when the fonts are loaded.

Handling of contact enquiries

If you contact us by email at kontakt@parkingvision.app, the user's details are stored for the purpose of dealing with the enquiry, and in case follow-up questions arise, until you revoke your consent. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The contact form on this website transmits no data to our server: it opens your own email program with a prepared message — the message is sent by you yourself, by email.

Disclosure of your data

ES Smart Solutions AG and any subsidiaries and branch companies within the group may use personal data in accordance with these data protection provisions. Beyond that, personal data is not disclosed to third parties.

This does not apply where the user has consented to the data being passed on (for example to a regional contract partner if you would like a site assessment), or where ES Smart Solutions AG is obliged to do so by law, by the authorities or by a court. It also does not apply where service providers are called in who support ES Smart Solutions AG in data processing, in the administration of the website or in any other way. These third parties are required to observe the same standard of security and data protection as ES Smart Solutions AG.

Use of data for the stated purpose only

We observe the principle of using data only for the purpose for which it was given, and we collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you provided it to us. Your personal data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary in order to provide the service or to perform the contract. Your rights to information and withdrawal

You may obtain information about the data stored by us about you at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons. You may at any time have the data collected by us about you blocked, corrected or deleted.
